Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always communicate any delays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days

  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and may vary due to customs, weather, or seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear depending on the carrier.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Royaüme Collective is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@royaumecollective.com and we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at info@royaumecollective.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and support you through the process.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier, but we will always assist where possible.


Pre‑Orders & Made‑to‑Order Items

If an item is marked as pre‑order or made‑to‑order, the estimated dispatch date will be shown on the product page. Orders containing both in‑stock and pre‑order items may be shipped together unless otherwise stated.


Shipping During Sales & Promotions

During promotional periods, dispatch and delivery times may be slightly extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated throughout.
