Refund policy

We offer a 30‑day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email info@royaumecollective.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Whether you would like an exchange

If your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and full instructions. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, email info@royaumecollective.com and we’ll support you through the exchange process.

For the fastest turnaround, we recommend placing a new order for the correct item and emailing us your new order number. Once we receive your original item, we will process your refund promptly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
